The content on this site is general information about our services and our point of view on pharma Omnichannel and customer engagement. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and it is not medical, legal, regulatory or financial advice. Decisions should be based on advice that takes your circumstances into account.

Case studies describe past work without client names. KPIs shown are indicative targets agreed with each client, not guaranteed results. Results depend on each organization's context.

No engagement without a written agreement

Using the site, sending a request or having an introductory conversation does not create a consulting relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over these terms.

The Omnichannel Maturity Self-Check

The self-check is a free tool that gives an indicative view of Omnichannel maturity based on your own answers. The score and recommendations are simplified and are not a formal assessment. Please do not enter confidential or personal information about patients or other individuals in your answers.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, illustrations, frameworks, tools and the OD Pharma Consulting name and logo belong to OD Pharma Consulting or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use the content or frameworks commercially, or to train machine learning models for commercial products, without our written permission.

Book titles and covers belong to their author. Brand and product names of third parties remain the property of their owners.

Downloadable resources

Checklists, question banks and other resources downloaded from this site are provided for use within your own organization. You may not copy, redistribute, adapt or resell them, or use them to train, prompt or build AI systems, tools or derivative frameworks, without our written consent.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the site or test its security without permission.
• Do not submit false information, spam or malicious code through the forms.
