Who we are

This website is operated by OD Pharma Consulting FZ-LLC ("OD Pharma Consulting", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us and a minimum of technical data needed to run the site.

Contact requests. Name, work email, company, role, topic and the message you write.
Self-check report requests. Name, work email, company, role, country, your answers and score, and whether you asked for a follow-up. Answers you do not submit stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
Guide downloads. Name, work email, company, role, the guide you requested, and whether you chose to receive occasional insights.
Emails you send us. The content of the email and your contact details.
Technical data. The web host records IP address, browser type and the pages requested in standard server logs, used for security and to keep the site running.
Analytics, only with your consent. If analytics are enabled and you accept them, pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location at country or city level, device type and referring website.

Why we use it and on what basis

To respond to your request, arrange a call and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
To send the self-check report you asked for. The legal basis is your consent.
To send the guide you requested and keep a record of the request. The legal basis is steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in knowing who uses our resources. Receiving a guide never depends on agreeing to marketing.
To send occasional insights and new guides, only if you ticked the optional box. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link or by email.
To understand which pages are useful and improve the site. The legal basis is your consent to analytics cookies.
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations when we work together. The legal basis is a legal obligation.

We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decisions with legal effect, or send marketing emails without your consent. Aggregated and anonymized self-check results may be used to describe maturity trends in the industry. Individual answers and names are never published.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under their data protection terms.

Website hosting provider, which stores the site, the forms you submit and server logs.
Google Workspace, which delivers and stores our email.
Google Analytics, only if analytics are enabled and you accept them.
Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers where needed, and authorities where the law requires it.

We do not share your details with clients, partners or other third parties for their own purposes.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates and outside your own country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the provider's equivalent commitments.

How long we keep it

Contact and self-check requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted, unless we start working together.
Records related to a contract are kept for the period required by tax and commercial law.
Server logs are kept by the host for a limited period, typically up to 30 days.
Analytics data, if enabled, is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you have the following rights.

Ask for a copy of your personal data.
Ask us to correct or complete it.
Ask us to delete it.
Ask us to restrict or stop using it, or object to its use based on legitimate interest.
Receive the data you provided in a portable format.
Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier use.

Write to hello@odpharmaconsulting.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, although we would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter first.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection. Form submissions are stored in an access-restricted administration area, and access to email and site administration is protected with strong authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

This site is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
